Application:
This line is used for stainless coil with different specifications, through uncoiling-leveling-cutting to flattened plates as needed length.
This line is reasonable in layout, easy operation, high level of automation which could processing all kinds of stainless coil, colored coil, aluminum coil, galvanize coil or painted coil. This line is broadly applying in metal plate processing industry, like car, container, household appliance, packing, construction material, etc.
This line is composed of coil car, double head uncoiler, hydraulic pressing & guiding, shovel head, pinch device, leveler, servo length gauge device, pneumatic cluth shear, strap conveyer, pneumatic stacker, unloading car, electric system, etc. as well as rollaway nest, steering device, etc.
