180KW Silo Steel Corrugated Panel Roll Forming Machine For Silo Side Panel
Description:
The cold roll forming line is specially offered for constructing spiral steel silo. The steel coil is decoiled to deliver the steel plate to the forming machine. Then the steel plate will be processed into the shape required. Subsequently, the bending machine is employed for bending and plate edge processing, to form a spiral strip with the width from 30-40mm. The spiral strip produced by the grain silo forming equipment is used to strengthen the silo structure. The silo roof is assembled on ground, requiring no scaffold or other auxiliary equipment, The cold roll forming line operated at the speed of 3-5m per minute, resulting in a short construction period.
Corrugated silo sheet Roll Forming Machine Material:
1. Electric elements: Mitsubishi PLC & transducer from Japan.
2. Anti-rust roller: High grade No. 45 forged steel. Plated with 0.05mm hard chrome
3. Well resisting active shaft: High grade No. 45 carbon wrought steel.
4. Cutter blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment
5. Precision: shafts are tooled by grinding machine at least twice. Rollers are CNC processed.
Silo Features
1. The silo constructed with the steel silo making the machine has optimal overall performance and long lifespan. The seaming thickness is 5 times the thickness of the base material. Apart from the strengthened load carrying capacity, the silo has the advantage of good stability and long lifespan over other products.
2. Optimal sealing performance and wide applications. Our cold roll forming line provides seaming with good airtightness. It helps prevent the granular and powdery grain stored being influenced by the humidity outside the silo. In addition, the silo constructed can satisfy the technological requirement for disinsection or fumigation. The application for storing liquid is also available.
3. Short construction period and low construction cost. It only takes about 5 days to construct the 1000 ton silo with our cold roll forming line. The silo weight is just one-sixth that of the cement silo. Therefore, the silo construction cost is reduced, accordingly.
4. Small land occupation, good adaptability, and easy maintenance. The height and diameter of the spiral
steel silo are selectable within a large range. The space between the silos can be less than 50m.
